September 01-2012.

Microsoft Services Agreement!

We've updated the Microsoft Services Agreement, which governs many of our online services - including your Microsoft account and many of our online products and services for consumers, such as Hotmail, SkyDrive, Bing, MSN, Office.com, Windows Live Messenger, Windows Photo Gallery, Windows Movie Maker, Windows Mail Desktop, and Windows Writer. Please read over the new Microsoft Services Agreement here to familiarize yourself with the changes we've made.

The updated agreement will take effect on October 19, 2012. If you continue to use our services after October 19th, you agree to the terms of the new agreement or, of course you can cancel your service at any time.

We have modified the agreement to make it easier to read and understand, including using a question and answer format that we believe makes the terms much clearer. We also clarified how Microsoft uses your content to better protect consumers and improve our products, including aligning our usage to the way we're designing our cloud services to be highly integrated across many Microsoft products. We realize you may have personal conversations and store personal files using our products, and we want you to know that we prioritize your privacy.

Finally, we have added a binding arbitration clause and class action waiver that affects how disputes with Microsoft will be resolved in the United States.
Thank you for using Microsoft products and services!

The Pirate Bay Drone Server!

April 02-2012.

The Pirate Bay Drone Server!

"The Pirate Bay" is going to put servers on GPS-controlled aircraft drones in order to evade authorities who are looking to shut the site down.

Most of the people from World didn't take it serious, well but The Pirate Bay is apparently deadly serious about investing in drone servers, that it will fly in international airspace to make it incredibly difficult for governments to stop its expansion.

CONCLUSION:

Whatever it takes for Internet users who are concerned for maintaining Freedom of Access and Torrent sharing without state, private intrusion, or prohibition is vitally necessary at this time.

Copyright Laws & Current 21St Century Internet Technology!

March 29-2012:

TO: admin@thehackernews.com

Copyright Laws & Current 21St Century Internet Technology!

It is generally understood that the current International Copyright Laws MUST be updated to allow for the Freedom to Access, Share materials of all sorts on the Internet, without the infringement of governments, commercial interests, and imposed Legislation.

The point I am making are the following:

* Any individual male or female, adult or child MUST be allowed access to the Internet.

* Internet access MUST be FREE.

* Internet use must be based on need, affordability, a variety of providers, Fiber Optic technology, and without Commercial Coercion.

* No Internet user should be denied access to the Internet if he/she downloaded music, or movies from another Internet user.

* No Internet user should be judicially penalized because he/she shared files (music, movies or videos), with friends or contacts on the Internet for FREE.

* And no Internet user should be penalized by any Judge, the State, or Private Enterprise, because he/she downloaded some copyrighted material from another Internet user online, for FREE. To view, or listen to, regardless of who legally owns it.

So long as those Internet users did not personally sell those materials that they accessed freely.

Furthermore:

There seem to be the attitude of some governments and commercial enterprises suggesting that Internet users MUST comply with their wishes. And this attitude and behavior conflicts with the established understanding, that the Internet was originally created for FREE use by anyone who chose to do so.

Arbitrary Internet Penalty In France!

There is now a law in France to punish anyone who downloads music and movies online three times. If caught, they will be disconnected from accessing the Internet for three years as a penalty.

This law to my mind, is what I call an infringement upon the right to access the Internet for FREE, to download and share music or movies with friends and contacts, by using the strong arm of the law to debar these freedoms.

This Law MUST be fought aggressively online and everywhere, even without France. Because it is only a matter of time, when other governments may be tempted to take similar legal action.
